I was in the market for a new instrument, and had the pleasure of meeting Oak and Alex. Both representatives were welcoming, hospitable, and knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for their recommendation, I probably would have skipped out on the guitar that I ended up purchasing. They knew the sound I was looking for, and how to meet that along with the budget. I always go here first. The quality is awesome and customer service is great. I will go out of the way to come here first. The staff is nice and always answers all the questions I have. Respectful and fair! I bought a guitar that had just came into the shop. The had to check the guitar out and I believe intonated it because it was when I got it a day later it was perfect. Shows top notch service.
